Jessica Reed is the founder of The Crystalline Collective, a luxury membership redefining how women prioritize themselves. For the past 5-6 years, she has been closely working with women—attending births, women’s circles, and studying the art of friendship, as she recognized this connection is an essential part of the female experience. Jessica knew that whatever she built, it had to center around women: bringing them together, fostering understanding, and creating a space where they could connect and support each other.
With an entrepreneurial spirit and a love for hands-on design, The Crystalline Collective was founded in 2023, where she crafted luxurious, personalized experiences that made women feel seen and cared for. While these events are beautifully curated, fully embracing the joy of connection, emphasizing on wellness, and the philosophy of slow living, at the end of the day, these women still return to their reality carrying an extreme mental load on a regular basis. That's when this question keeps recurring in her mind: "How can I take care of these women beyond the event itself?"
Determined to create a lasting impact, Jessica began crafting a membership experience, where she connects women with local businesses, who align with her vision of true, intentional care that could support women in their self-care journeys. As she continued this work, Jessica realized she could not control every aspect of these women’s lives, but she could create a trusted network of businesses that genuinely prioritizes their well-being.
The Crystalline Collective is now evolving as it is no longer solely focused on gathering women through extraordinary, luxurious experiences; Jessica is building technology to bridge the gap between women and wellness-focused businesses, while educating these businesses on how to serve women better. Her vision is to make wellness an integral part of culture, setting a new standard where women feel valued, supported, and truly taken care of in every aspect of their lives.
As she moves toward launching this next phase, she is laying the foundation for a movement where wellness is no longer seen as a luxury but as a fundamental need. Jessica is shaping a culture, where businesses understand how to support women holistically, and where women, in turn, feel empowered to prioritize their well-being without hesitation.
